maybe ..

maybe a place where i can trade my used transmission for a rebuilt?

I doubt any places exist that sell rebuilt transmissions and take your old one.

Rebuilding will cost a lot. Most transmission shops charge out the roof. And if you were to rebuild it, you have the whole issue with "since you have it open, might aswell replace ..." and in the end you are replacing more than half the parts but you know it will be reliable.

Also ITR LSD trans for 1000$ ? maybe off forums but not in the local importers. its up to you, whether you want to take a chance or blow a lot of cash and have a good reliable tranny with no second thoughts.

so if its yours.. what you doing? im confused !! cuz im scared .. i dont wanna buy another ITR LSD for over 1000$ and the transmission can have over 150 000 km

If you have the money get it rebuilt, if you like taking a chance with another trans and saving some cash, just buy another one. Places like totalJDM give you warranty if you buy from them but an itr trans is a tad more than 1k. I remember calling and I kept getting quotes for 1200-1400$ for gsr LSD.

okoko good and good place for rebuilt ? and you know a person on clubcivic for change my trans for cheap? .... cheap then shop ?

Rebuild really depends on where you go and what ends up being replaced. Anything from $1000-$1800.

Swap would be cheapest if you do it yourself. Otherwise I'm sure Chris_v2 and zeeman at HiVelocity can help you out for a more than a reasonable price.
