Can anyone give me some advice on lsd trannys and parts compatibility?? I have a Jdm lsd for a B16, and im wondering what other B16 or B18 trannys can mix and match with it?? Can i determine if its a first or second gen B16 lsd trans without splitting it? Ive been told that 1st gen input shafts, use different friction discs due to the splining on the shaft. Will second gen parts fit into first gen case? is it possible to just pull the diff out, and put it into any B style case, without changing the shafts over??
