everytime i put it in reverse it grinds why? its pissing me off

Is your car in stand still or rolling slightly? Does it happen if you put the clutch down all the way and shift into it

no matter what it grinds, i stop completley double clutch put it in it grinds only when the cars been parked for atlewast a minute wen i start it i can go into reverse no problem

lol sorry sorry i was bored and i saw everyone online and no suggestions, i remeber the guy put regular oil in it i have to go to igarge to get the acdelco tranny fluid nice ****
