is it a hydro or mechanical clutch?

if it's hydro then it might be because you have a small leak somewhere along the clutch lines either that or you have air inside the lines so you'll have the bleed the system

I would first bleed your lines to ensure you have no air bubbles in there. If that fails to help, it could be a failing Master or Slave cylinder.

i got hydrolic...and i did "bleed" the lines but im not sure how well i did because the screw is rlly messed up. so i think i might have not tightened the screw...but then wouldnt that mean that it would sink all the way down n be compleatly unusable? now i get this after using it for 5-10 times or when its outside in cold and then i get it and its all the way down. now another thing, the clutch is not all the way to the top. its only like half of it and its a year old and its been like that since day 1 that i got it installed. i dont mind because i have to press it less but when it sinks down its compleatly nothing left.
