So im gonna be swapping my engine next week (d16y7 to d16y8) and my 86 hatch still has the original clutch in it. I figure might as well change the clutch while everythings open, Im lookin for suggestions on what to buy.

I dont race, its jus my DD, looking for something relativley inexpensive. Any help is greatly appreciated.

thanks, where can i pick up an exedy stg 1? and does it come with all the bearings and flywheel?

It should come with the bearings. But it wont come with a flywheel. Just get your stock one machined and youre good to go.

I bought a CC for my CRX setup... haven't used it yet. But heard they're one of the best!

I sold my Exedy Stage one clutch to a guy here on the forum. He says he absolutly love it! View my feedback if you want to msg him about it.

ive used exedy stg1 on my old civic. it was awesome.
it will come with clutch release bearing, pilot bearing and a clutch adjustment tool. thats ofcourse if you buy the whole clutch kit...which is highly recommended

i ordered mine on ebay with fidanza light weight flywheel. just need to watch out when you get the clutch
but buddy just had to go through a lot of **** because this douche sent him a knock off clutch...so when you get it make sure its legit and not a knock off.
