Clutch
 

Hello Everyone,
I have a 2006 Civic Si and I am having some issues I think with my Clutch. I am hoping that it is only a clutch cable that needs adjusting. I am having problems engaging into first gear when the car is cold and the whole car starts shuddering and shifting to Reverse the Auto Lock out seems to be engaged and it will not engage into Reverse or First Gear. I only get a grinding sound, I have to shut the car off and turn on and back off before I am able to notice the shifter loosened and I am able to Shift into First Gear. ??????????????? Any help please is very appreciated.
