Why would you need a stage 3 clutch? what is your setup? unless you have an N/A monster or running high hp with forced induction, stage 3 clutch is overkill. also have you ever tried street driving a car with stage 3 clutch? Especially 6puck? you will get a lot of chatter from it, and the aggressive clamp will get annoying.
Now i do NOT know about your setup or future plans, but either an OEM replacement or stage 1 will be sufficient for most street cars.

On a side note, i would rather go with competition or exedy clutch than XTD. Used them both [both stage 1] and loved/love it.

dispite all my previous posts i plan on runnin a bit of boost in the very near future, and i just dont want my clutch bein my weak point considering i plan on dragging the car all summer. now call me a noob if u will but can u define "chatter" all that aside..i think thats a great price for what it is but....if u can find me a stage 1 exedy for the same price...id buy it!

^ you probably won't find a competition or exedy bnib clutch for 150$~. I have not heard of an "xtd" clutch before. I myself have the competition stage 1, and it is a nice stiff feel. Much better than oem. I could never go to oem again. You said, you plan on running "a bit of boost", why do you think you need a stage 3? Like scrid3r said, have you ever even driven a stage 3 before? or a stage 1 at least? By "bit of boost" how little? 7-10 lbs? If so, stage 1 is fine.

If you plan on purchasing a competition or exedy, i would suggest you talk to option jdm. Altough, i am not sure if they carry exedy, but they are only one call away .

^^though he makes a valid point and brings up a good question [about amount of boost] stage 1 may be slightly too weak.

What are your power goals? every stage has a rating for clamp load, stage 1 may start slipping under heavy driving [example, track use], but stage 3 will be overkill.
look into bully/exedy/competition stage 2 clutches.
