Arrow Check engine light

Hi! I have noticed that on my 02 civic the check engine light is taking few seconds to disappear. It should go off with airbags light but now when i start my car the air bags and check engine light will come on and air bags will go off after 2-3 sec but check engine light will take 5-10s to disappear. Is there anything to worry about? Is it normal for Civic's. ?
Thank's

Its on a timer if I'm correct so after so many kms without resetting it it will come on. Usually not an issue, just to remind you that you should be going to some form of maintenance.

I don't think that's the same light. Main'T Req. is the Oil Change light.
You could have something not work quite as designed, but since the CEL goes out, there isn't a problem.

If it is the light for the oil change, there should be a box under the dash you can reach. It has a button in the middle of it you press and hold. OR you need to reset it with the Trip change/reset stick if that box doesn't exist. Search the site for Oil change or oil reset light etc. I don't remember the process. Hold it in, turn the key to start while holding stick, light will blink, release stick and press it again until light goes out. Then turn key off and release. But I'm not 100% on that.
