hey,

my dad got in an accident last night and they might write the car off...if they do that theres no way for u to keep the car rite? or purchase it from them?

I believe you have to buy it back. Sometimes you don't have this option and the vehicle goes to private auction(?).

had my 2000 civic SE written off and they gave me the option cash and no car
or
car with a little cash ... not much though
I took the cash because they gave me a lot more than expected
