Winter beater and insurance???
Hey guys….those of you with winter beaters……what do you guys do for insurance? I mean…. Do you guys pay for both cars…even though you’re not driving one…or do you guys set up some kind of a deal with your insurance company?
I’m just thinking of getting a winter beater for next winter……wondering if its still a good idea……

5000 fine is almost a deal for the price some people pay to drive!
ever hear the story about the old man that never had car insurance for like 50years? he got pulled over one day, no insurance, got a ticket for 5grand....but how much money did he save over those 50years or so?!
thats a lucky man!

I pay $8 a month on my 91 for fir and theft in the winter. When i want to drive it i just call my agant and say: I want to put the road coverages back on my car, then with a couple of keystrokes on here part its insured.
