Where in HTA says you can do anything in private property?
 

I remember reading that you can do anything in private property unless the OWNER calls a law enforcer.

To an extent...

To cops that means squat. Ive had TWO full vechice inspection twice in Dominoes parking lot.

O well I printed my homework but I did found in Part V.I it says if you are on a toll highway they have the rights without a warrant to search your vehicle.

But now a days cops+imports=harassment.
