Do you not want to pay it????
If so next time you get pulled over your liscense will be suspended on the spot.....and you'll have to pay more just to get sht rolling again.

You will get convicted. You will pay the fine within 15 days plus the victim surcharge fee I believe. You don't pay it and your licence may get suspended. You could file an appeal if you miss the court date.

No.
Every ticket you get gives you the option to fight it......obviously your fully aware of this.
If the cop does'nt show up in court you have a really good chance to beat it.
I forgot to pay a ticket....believe it or not. This was about 3 years a'go.....A cop pulled me over when I was driving my EG about 3 months after my ticket was due. He treated me like I was a crack dealer....And suspended my liscense on the spot and would'nt even let me take my car of the side of the road. I had to ask a complerte stranger to drive my car to a parking lot. It was brutal.....and cost me a **** load of money to get things going again.

The cop showing up to court had an impact in your case in the past. It no longer does. It does not matter if the officer is there for anything unless otherwise specified.
