What happens if I dont pay my fines?
So I moved to Saskatchewan and on my way out I got to 2 speeding tickets! Doubling my 10 year total. Damm OPP with their radars that can get you coming at them! Anyways I wont have any need for an Ontario licence for the next 2 years minimun. So im wondering what will happen if I just dont pay. I have heard that there will be a warrent for my arrest in ontario???

All of the provinces have reciprocity with each other as far as driving records go.
If you don't pay your Ontario tickets, and you don't set and show for trial, you'll be convicted in abstentia. When you don't pay those fines, yor license will be suspended for non-payment. Reciprocity means that your new license in your new province will also be suspended.

It varies. If you provided a change of address to MTO, you should get a notice of conviction in the mail. The due date for the fine will be on that. About 15 days is the usual, but suspension takes a while to occur and the time varies.
If you don't pay your fine in time and they suspend your license, Ontario charges a $150 fee to rescind the suspension over and above any fines.
