Weird Question...
Hey guys I have a really odd question, i got caught for speeding the other day and the cop gave me a ticket for failure to show insurance and speeding 18 over, the thing is i had my BC license then. after he gave me the ticket he told me to get my ontario license, now my question is does the ticket he gave me still count under my ontario license or is it overlooked because i no longer have my bc license?

anybody? lol

 Don't have an answer for you, but you might consult someone at the Ministry of Transport, or perhaps your insurance agent. They might be able to help you.

As Sha said, best bet would be to talk to ministry of transportation. Though I wouldn't recommend talkin to insurance company, I personally would not tell them that I got a ticket if there is a chance of it getting dropped or overlooked.
|
I would assume so. If you get a ticket in New York state it still counts on your record. Def double check with the ministry.

i got 2 speeding tickets in winnepeg n it showed on my insurance company in ontario so yes it counts

oh alright, i just thought it was weird cause i got the ticket with my bc license (that same day i transfered over to my ontario license) then 2 weeks later i paid the tickets with my ontario license while my bc license was already void. i dont know if that makes sense but thats my story lol
