If the ticket was for unnesscary noise then there shouldnt be any points and your rates should not increase, if it was marked down as some time of moving violation such as reckless driving then there would be points and you rates will likely go up. Honestly though man no matter what the charge its worth fighting the ticket you got nothing to loose and alot to gain by doing it and you likely can beat it.

Crap I didnt realize it was ll the way up there, damn wasaga is such a heat score these days. You should probably just pay it then though I would consult someone from the court or a police officer as to weather or not there are any points on it before you go ahead and pay it.

There is no points associated with excessive noise. But yes you would have to attend court in Wasaga (or have someone attend for you) if you wish to dispute the charge.

no points, pain in the *** to go up there just for a court date.

just pay up and learn your lesson for next time.
