Traffic Violation
 

I received a traffic violation ticket a few months ago, in Halifax NS, so the officer did the standard procedure asked for my license registration ect, now he had my registration in his possession and issued me a ticket, on the ticket it said my vehicle is black but according to my registration my vehicle is grey. so my question is because he has the color of the vehicle wrong when he had possession of my registration is this sufficient grounds to void the ticket?

With my experience in Ontario. No it's not, but there is no harm in talking to challenge it in court.
