Ticketed, insurance.. what else is new!

I need some info.

I have three ticket in total and I just got into an accident. So, I missed my court day, now they send me a fine notice for impoper signal.

Here's the story - I got a miner speeding charge, paid for, because the officer said that the ticket will not add any points. that was befor the accident.

Got a speeding ticket that had points involved and paid for an agent, and he took care of the ticket for $220, so no records.

Now I have to worry about the lights ticket, I am very tired after all the **** that goes with the accident, I am thinking of paying the ticket off. But I am affaird that if I do that, the insurance would go up. I heard the insurance would go up even for minor offenses.

Are my statements true? What are my options?

Thanks

but that's not a moving violation.
i only think they would jack it up if points were involved. minor and/or major.
but its not a moving violation. that light bulb ticket is like a parking ticket. i relaly don't think insurance is really going to care.
but someone please correct me if i'm wrong

my first post after 5 days

back on track, usually most insurance companies will let u have 1-2 moving violation tickets before you see an increase.

they do not care if points were added or not, as they do not follow that system, they follow how many moving violation charges you have.

you paid one speeding ticket off, and depending how **** your insurance company is, you could have increased rates even if no points were involved

for a summary, since you have an improper signal light charge, this will NOT affect your rates as it isnt a moving violation.
Just pay it off since you missed your trial already.

For sure the signal light does not make the insurance go up?
**** I didn't know anything about the speeding ticket, so I just pay for it, not knowing anything. I think the ticket said 60km/h in a 50km/h zone.

If the lights violation is true then I would pay.

You guess ever got these tickets before and see your insurance go up?

Actually insurance companies will jack your premiums for any moving violation, as they are allowed to by law. There's no way a company will not because they make money if the do! If they don't ding you with the premium's they consider it lost revenue.

thats why i said some

my mom was charged with a 10 over, reduced from a 20 over

for 2 years we never saw an increase due to the ticket, BUT we were notified by the insurance that they were aware of the charge, and if she were to get another one, we would be seeing an increase

How many years does the record last before disappearing? Some people day three years, does that depend on the insurance company?
