Ticket question

If the year of your vehicle isn't marked properly on a ticket... can you use that against the cop in court?

The year you are seeing on the ticket may not be the year of your car, its likely the year on your license plate sticker.

Your tags expired 2 years ago, the car isn't registered and yet you are still trying to find a way to get out of this infraction???

My advice, call any ticket fighter in the yellow pages and they will give you that answer in a flash at no costs.

Peace.

Technically yes, because the ticket it not proper on its face, however the courts have now recognized that small error's happen and the prosecutor can have the ticket ammended to the display the proper information.

therefore the answer to your question is nope, not a chance in hell.
