the only good thing i have to write in this post is that I love my compustar alarm system, it's the only thing that kept my car where it was parked... everything is gone.. :cry: sometimes i just wonder if it's worth having a modded car these days, cops give u ****, theives take your ****... what happened to the days when my **** was my ****? neways here are some pics... sorry for the quality they're from my camera phone.. hopefully insurance will give me money back, has anyone had experience with recouping stereo costs, etc?? lol and as for the ppl that think cops are golden... they still haven't helped me in this situation.. lol my clear corner ticket didn't keep me from being robbed... :s

only thing on the bright side is that i'll be getting a new system... if that is a bright side... if not if everyone else can keep their eyes out for an eclipse deck 5438 i believe, an alpine type r 12' sub in a PG box, and a JBL bp 600.1 amp... :cry: off i go to sulk in my misery...

it happened at the Mississauga YMCA... ****ing Y, you'd think they care about their staff.... they refuse to put cameras in because they cost too much.... WTF is that?? pure BS... as far as pure detail i donno what happened, i came out cuz my pager was going off, the door was closed again and my alarm had just stopped going off... as i came closer I could see the **** that had been tossed around everywhere and my heart dropped... the rest is history i guess... i donno what exactly happened... what more i don't get how noone saw anything... my car was parked in PLAIN sight... *shakes head

damn dude that sucks, if it wasnt for bad luck you'd have none at all...This is another reason why I dont have a fancy system in my car! insurance usually gives you half of what the stuff is worth even with reciepts...my mom's car system got ripped off 2 days after it went in, this happened at the Clarkson GO station.
Hope insurance dont dick you around too much with this!

dam that's like gone in 60 sec... when my pager goes off I would run out in like 60 sec... dam those ****ing thieves are fast
I bet it's someone close to u or knows your car well coz they did all that in seconds??? must be 3 to 4 of them..

well it might have been a couple of min, cuz my pager was in my office and i was walking around, and then noticed the beeping when i got in, but before that i had been walking around for like 5 or 6 minutes... so i donno when exactly it went off... but yeah there was more than one for sure...

Alex....I don't know what to say.
The people who stole your equipment must have known what you had in your trunk.
I know you have claim it under insurance because fixing your steering mechanism would probably cost a lot, not to mention replacing all your audio equipment.
When you get everything back in order, I wouldn't drive your car to work anymore....you live close enough that its not too far.
Let me know what happens.
