Speeding tickit and being paced

i got paced back in 2000 on Gardiner west. cop claimed he caught me at 127 km/h. i said, sure, i wont argue with that, he said "you seem like a nice young man, i'll drop it down to 115 for you" i said "thank you sir"
went to court the next day, got myself a court date, told the judge that yes, i did speed, but in the year that has passed since that, i was never cought speeding, and i learned my lesson, but i cannot afford to pay the ticket being an unemployed student with books to buy and studying to be a productive member of society.
the judge said "10 dollars in court costs please"
