speeding tickets
 

hey does anyone have any advice on how to fight speeding tickets or any credible firms or something to help me fight the tickets. like i dont usually speed. and it looks bad, but 95 in a 80 shouldnt really matter when i drive to school every morning people blow past me when im doing 90. any help is great. thanks

95 in a 80?..

thats only 15 over, should be no points, no insurance change (or even notification I believe), and like a $50 fine, lol...

is your day worth $50 going to fight that?...(and having them maybe drop it a little)

sorry. well. i have that plus 1 on my record, and another i got. i got a 100 in an 80 on saturday and the 95 in a 80 on sunday. worst weekend evr. im worried about the 100 in the 80. i have the worst of luck. it sucks cuz ive never really gotten a ticket since i got a civic. which is kinda funny. i had a ranger pickup before yeah.. anyways. not like im rippin up the countryside. but if there is any tips that anyone could help me to shake off that first 100? it looks bad i think im at the mercy of the procecuter. i might just try to haggle up a deal to drop it to something that wont affect my insurance because if it does in any way im pretty much screwed. car payments, college education, insurance, all on 850 an hour gets pretty tight. plus gas. you can see why i wouldnt take the risk of speeding just because of things like this. the first cop was wrong about my speed and so was the second. as a matter of fact he never told me my rate of speed. but on my ticket it says it was reduced when he actually charged me for the speed i was actually going.

one of my speeding tickets was 10 over, and the other was 15 over. and trust me they do affect your insurance.

usually if you go to court they will reduce it, but dont take my word on it. im sure theres other ppl with a lot better advice to give.

Pick Option 2 on the ticket, negotiate with the Prosecutor while you plea guilty with an explanation and hope for a reduced fine and no points.

I guess that’s what I would do. You have to wait for 10 days after the offence, but I am not sure if that is 10 days, or 10 business days. Go to the court location, and it is first come first serve basis.
