i got a speeding ticket today well no ticket yet i have too goto court first from what i was told and they decide on the ticket...anybody ever use any of those ticket places that help get your ticket reduced? how much they cost? anygood? im thinking of giving one a call any you recommend one maybe around kitchener area?
or does anybody know anything i can use too help me like i had heard before if they dont show u a radar or laser reading it can get throwen out or somthing?

never heard of someone getting a summons to court? isn't that usually 50 over? and try giving x-coppers a call.

Those places with "Gaurantee the ticket gets thrown out or money back" are worthless

never heard of your case either.... sounds like you were going pretty fast.... and how do you get summoned to court with no ticket?

Is it your first offense? If so try talking to the prosecutor to just get it as a fine and no points cause that'll be cheapest.. my insurance went up like 10 bucks a month gettin a ticket so i rather jus tpay 10 bucks then paying an large amount to x-copper or something to fight it

Hey man, I got busted like 4 years ago going through the Thorold tunnel going 160kph, it is only 80kph there...so ya 80kph over. The cop got me with the laser, speed trap. Anyways, he gave me a court summons ticket just like what you received. You will need a representative because if you don't you will get a big fine and demerit points. I used POINTTS. Here is the break down.

If I didn't get POINTTS to represent me:
6 demerit points
$1000 fine
30 day license suspension
Insurance company notified

I did use POINTTS:
0 demerit points
$450 fine
$450 fee that he charged me
30 day license suspension, but he delayed the court date to three days before I was going to Greece for a month
He arranged it so my insurance company had no idea.

He did all the work. I met with him once for about an hour. Then had to go to court one day for like 15min. Man, you should have seen the face of the woman judge when he told her my speed…if looks could kill!

ya i was doing 140kph in a 90kph soo 50 kph over...im thinking of calling points or xcoppers cant decide between them both...

I can't remember exactly but it was speeding xxkm over but I'm not sure exactly how it worked because there were no demerit points?

I called them up and they didn't have the slightest clue as to what they were doing. Well the person I spoke with sure didn't.

X-Police in Mississauga did a decent job for me.
