by the year, you mean on the license plate part? I think that refers to when your license plate has to come up for renewal.

use your head...how can an error made wrt the year of the car can make the ticket void or thrown out? how will you answer this suppose if the judge asks you in your face.

it wont get thrown out for the error in your car's info.. everyone makes mistakes, and it seems like you are not denying that you were actually doing 123 in a 80 zone.

what exactly makes him an *******? for being at the right place at the right time to give out a ticket?

YOU were the one doing 123 in a 80 zone, YOU were the one that got caught. all the officer did was make a small mistake.

The cop gave you a ticket because doing 43 km over the limit coud easily result in you putting someone else in the hospital beside your grandfather.

The "07" on your ticket is the year of your license plag valtag sticker. There is no place on a ticket for the car's model year.

Fight it!

When I got my ticket....dumbass aka G.Wiliamson wrote Ford on mine...they didn't drop it.

But at the end I got it reduced.

So the cop is a ****ing ******* for doing his job huh? He pulled you over because you were speeding.

But I guess he should have known that you had a good reason huh

Just a reminder to us all - a lot of Police around since Spring time has arrived. They are catching up from eating Timmy's during Winter Times.

I wish you luck on the Ticket.
