i heard something like when you get a ticket or something that when u pay for it, if you pay more then the ticket they'll send a cheque back to you and as long as you dont cash it that it won't go on your record or something like that

I have also heard that, & for weeks now, I've been ripping up & down the 400 at 165km/hr just WAITING for a chance to test this theory.

It used to work in the states. All the ticket payments were handled by a computer that wouldn't register it until the transaction was completed. They have since corrected this glitch.
