Small question.

Does anyone driving MY car need to be insured?

This may sound like a stupid question, but i'll ask anyway.

no, the person driving the car is not insured, the car that is being driven is insured.

Check your policy. Many now stipulate that no drivers under 25 can drive another person's car unless they are specifically listed as drivers under that other person's policy.

ask your insurance company, but im pretty sure as long as u are in the vehicle, someone else can drive it. What if u were drunk and the other person were driving your car home?
