"rolling stop" .. lol

okay.. so back in september last year I got a ticket for going through a stop sign.. (rolling stop, I was doing less then 5kms)

anywho.. I took it to X-Coppers, but of corse, they had to go bankrupt and I lost my money from them, and now have to fight it myself.

I'v been told by a few people that cause the cop was hiding behind a bush I might get off with it.

is that true??..

and any tips on how I might get the points lowered or dropped?

JDMinprogress 13-Jul-2008 07:00 PM

just because they were hiding behind a bush doesnt mean you'll get off.

xray 13-Jul-2008 07:08 PM

How much did you lose with X-Copper?

k_r_a_c_k_e_r 13-Jul-2008 07:09 PM

if u remeber wat the cop looks like go to court with ur buddy show up 30mins early and stand out sid ethe doors see if ur cop shows up if he does tell ur buddy to go in and say u couldnt back it and to re-book ur court case if the cop doesnt show up go in and they dismiss the charge

Why don't you just PM him for a quicker response.

the cop obviously has to be hidding cuz if he was just standing by the stop sign you would make the complete stop.

szuberi 14-Jul-2008 07:19 AM

who the fcuk told you the hiding behind the bush part? lol do you think they would let a law like that against themselves

Xscorpio 14-Jul-2008 07:36 AM

sorry to say but, you will get charge no doubt

but you have already taken this to the court, i would have just gone to the prosecutor and get a deal from him, like maybe 1 point and pay 75 bucks or something.

Yeah, it really doesn't matter where he was, the court will see it as, you ran the sign and got caught. Fin

I once killed off a bus load of nuns and a cop was hiding in a man hole. he saw mw do it but I got off cuz it wasn't fair that he was hiding. I wouldn't have done it otherwise.

I once saw a cop pulled into a residential street off of a major road (Sheppard Ave.). He then did a u-turn and was facing towards Sheppard. His PC was about 50 M from Sheppard. He then got out of his PC and just stand in the middle of the island curb in the middle of that street and watch and wait for cars to blow red lights. He's considered hidden b/c he was not in sight of other drivers until they actually turn their heads 90 degrees when they pass that road to see him standing there.
