The most complete waste of money if the program actually gets any sort of funding.

Anyone can file a complaint against you, all they need is ur plate number, and they can make up some bull**** ****in story.
What gets me is, i got a complaint filed against me for complete bull****. Failure to yield to the right of way to a pedestrian?!?!?!
the best part about it is, the date and time of the incident, is the exact date and time i'm in ****in class!!! a thursday and the road of the incident isn't even a road i normally use. except for mondays and tuesdays when i need to get to the hwy. to get to Downtown t.o. for co-op. i goto coop mondays and tuesdays.

The letter i recieved in the mail is complete garbage too, in canada u have the presumption of innocense all the time, the way the letter is worded...it'z just worded like i'm automatically guilty. i'm just soo pissed right now...cause i drive to the best of my ability all the time on the road...

In my neighbourhood we have road watch, and i know the parents here just make complaints because they don't want a person driving threw the neighbourhood anymore. Looks like all neighbourhoods do this too....lol kinda ****in retarded....but i guess it's a good way to keep unwanted ppl out....i have my stereo system turned up a lot in the mornings on my way to co-op so someone probably is just pissed at me cause i always wake them up or something from there sleep. so they file a complaint...or something

waste of time....if i wanna discuss this incident i gotta contact a police officer...damn right i will contact a police officer...they have a record of this...i want it off....cause i never did anything of the sort

that is a waste....like the little old lady down the street from me...she actually came up to my girlfriend and told her to tell me to stop running my car so loud(straight exhuast) so every morning i make sure to give her house a extra rev. i mean i drive past her house for just 2 seconds and im gone. some people have nothing better to do then to report you and write you up on somthing so minor as that.....come on people

road watch said they caught me racing a car down my residential street that cant even fit 2 cars side by side on it...and get this, the day that it said this happened I was in Grimsby with about 60 other crx owners, hows that for aliby?

worst program ever...p.o.'d neighbours can make up false alligations against you and file them and they are considered legit...luckily these dont count for anything as nothin came of the report against me...but yea it made me hella mad when I got it in the mail

Well if you were in class and can prove it you shouldn't have any problems when you go to court.

I think the person that reports you has to show up for court also?

ahhh it's just a letter, that's sent in the mail, i called the officer in charge of the program and explained my story to him, basically they send out letters after the 3rd or 2nd letter an officer calls you and tells u to watch out, out there, cause w/e they'll charge u on the next complaint or something along those lines.

when i explained my story to him....he laughed and he'z like yah we get a lot of false complaints, and he assured me not to worry, because the letters and incidents drop off every 3months or so, and it recharges and whoever has a letter starts fresh again.
