Registration/Plates
Hey,
How much is it to get a car registered, new plates, and a sticker? Do i need Proof of insurance before I can get plates? I can't call them today, and I'm getting my civic tomorrow. Can someone suggest steps I should go through in order? Thanks

purchase car...call insurance company and get insurance switched over...goto ministry and get 10permit...get car certified and e-tested...go back to ministry...$74bucks +/- how many months left till you need to renew, $20 for new plates, Pay tax on the car, pay any outstanding tickets on previous car etc...put plates and sticker on car, get insurance officially transfered to new car...thats about it...so steps can be skipped depending on if the car comes etested and certified etc
