accident happened friday night....around 1 am
i was pulling out of my parking spot then making a right to go to the other side of the parking lot.. made a stop to put on my seatbelt and continued going.. i went to make a right hand turn and boom i got hit by a vechile..the guy was goin pretty face cause me and my buddy went flyin in the car..whiplash over here i hvae to go to the docters to make a report.. but when the officer came she said she cant do anything because its private property..she said hes allowed to speed and i dont have to yeild... so why is it that im at fault with my insurance/ can someone answer that so that i can fight it or is it my fault?
