my suggestion is that police should not break the law and then expect people to respect them when they enforce it.

I was following a cop (about 20 feet away) and made excellent time the other day in a 50 zone. I should point out that his lights were not on.

This was on Thursday afternoon.

Also, cops should stop going into bars and hitting on women while they're in uniform and especially when on duty. Instead of making sure people weren't driving home drunk. They were talking to a slutbag (for real slutbag, not just a random insult) and ended up driving her home or wherever. Her friend was yelling at her to not talk to cops earlier, but she thought they were cute.

This was on Thursday night.

My pizza delivery guy is more professional than these guys we entrust with guns sometimes.

ok, u got owned.....that cop was a dirty pig...

fight it, and he probably wouldnt show up to court on that day.

1) Improper Muffler
2) Ownership unsigned
3) Unnecessary noise? (what were u doing????)

4) and 5) are what again?

you wernet clear about it on your post.

and No, the 05 is the sticker year that he wrote down, not the car model year.

seems like he was on a power trip with you, SOB shouldnt be talking like that to you, man i hate it when cops swear at me!!!

Why would you say the cop probably won't show? Why wouldn't he?? After going through the effort of writing 5 tickets, and then preparing the discloure he's not going to waste all that by not showing. Police can not arbitrarily decide not to show up for court. Whenever possible police are scheduled for court on a workday, to eliminate overtime. But when it does fall on a day off and they do not attend, they may face disciplinary action.

Effort? what effort? all he has to do is get his lazy *** partner to open up the HTA. wow, big deal....thats like telling a mechanic to visually inspect the threadlife on a tire....PFFFFFT, EFFORT!!

disciplinary action?? HAHA.....w/e man.... thats BS.... i've seen it 1st hand what they do when it comes for courtday.

why wont he show u ask? cause he was being a *****!!

Even if, the "victim" could easily bring up discrimination if he wanted to and simply claim that the officer told him to double check what country he is in, (maybe hinting that our "victim" should go back to "InsertCountryHere".... there would be too many questions for the dip**** cop to get involved with.

some JP may laugh at our victim, but most wont....

w/e man, i say Fu<K the Dirty Pigs!!

Well, at least you admit to the fact that police will research an offence before charging someone with it.

Can I hear that story?

For doing his job of enforcing the traffic laws? Traffic complaints are one of the most common complaints received by the police. Are you suggesting that the police should have been doing something else other than traffic enforcement at the time? If so, like what?

I agree, at leat the JP's that don't want to be disciplined.

What I believe 1sL0CiviC is trying to say is that the cop knowingly gave the "victim" a bogus charge as an inconvenience. This being said, the cop will not show up in court because it won't stick.

Please correct me if i'm wrong 1sL0CiviC.

yes, virus.EK is right, that is my point that this particular cop is dirt....

(as far as we know from the victims side)

our "victim" here, djrolaidz, could possibly be a "suspect" or was doing something wrong, for all we know is what he told us.

There are too many factors to count for in the "case", and we weren't there to witness. Therefore, all i will say is dirty cops shouldnt be watchin over us!!

thanks guys

ive gotten
1) unsafe start from stop(was brought down from careless and dangerous driving)

2) no seatbelt

3) improper trailer (towing my buddy on a gt) lol, we even had the cop laughin.

What my biggest problem with cops is has already been said, they are supposed to obey the rules as well. Since theive started that crackdown on cell phones while driving 2 outta three cops i see is tlking on their phone while driving, makes me wanna call in the cruiser number.

I got the stupidest ticket yesterday. Was fined $110 for not putting the renewal sticker on my plate. Cop fined me even after I showed him the sticker was in my glove compartment, and I just forgot to put it on (never had the tools to remove my plate cover every time I remembered)

He was really out to get me. I think I was profiled by how I looked and my music was loud when he pulled up beside me on his bike.
