Possible Suspension?

I was charged and convicted recently which put me over the demerit point level before a suspension

(i have a 60 day suspension)

My case is as follows;

I went to set a trial date when I was charged, but the ticket wasnt on record, to be safe, I checked once a week.

2 weeks ago, I recieve a letter which states that I have to pay a set fine because I was convicted, and never set a trial date.

Well, I went to the court office for the 5th time, this time to complain, because I cannot afford to lose my license at all.....

They made me get a drivers abstract before they even discussed the issue, I had to drive another 20 km for it, and end up having a much lighter pocket.

I go back to the court house and they tell me the file number isnt on the dam abstract, so the [sarcasm] nice lady [/sarcasm] calls them up, and gets an even more detailed version ( why couldnt she have done that in the first place IT ISNT MY FAULT!!!!!! )

Then she finds out THEY made a mistake with the ticket number when they were putting it on their network.

She told me I have to take it to Old City Hall if i wanted to ( what a dum arrogant snob ), I almost went bizzerk inside my head..............[rant]why does all the **** have to happen to me??[/rant]

from 9am-1pm I was running around back and forth just to get this sorted out, I didnt have any energy left to drive downtown, I gave up half way, too much traffic with the god dam snow falling!

anybody have any ideas?? I 100% cannot lose my license, just because some idiot cannot type in numbers/letters.

I need someone with the power to remove my suspension because i was convicted without my right to file suit.

im tired

You do know that to the left of the gas, is a pedal to help slow/stop the car......It's called a brake pedal.

all went well,
talked to the JP, and everything is sorted out, i have no suspension

i was accussed by the courts that i had another drivers license.
i was given the run around for 3 days.
had a very good time cussing out the MTO buddy and the courts clerk.
and got 2 parking tickets that i recieved while given the run around dropped by the JP too

It all started when Officer ******* put the wrong drivers license info on the ticket. ( if your name and address is correct, you will still get charged )

a tip: speak to the Justice of the Peace, if you ever get in this kinda situation

yea, me and my friend

MTO dude turned red and told us never to come back there again.

he knew he didnt want to progress the matter with security/cops because he knew he was in the wrong.
