3 points is still a huge deal...i know i'm fighting a 4 pointer myself right now...not pretty
since this is your first ticket, and you're probably insured under your parents, you're probably looking at a 30% increase (correct me if i've got my numbers wrong), but pray that they'll give you another chance and keep you insured...that's what i'm praying for
otherwise we can get all the non-insured tcc ppl together for a group buy - bus passes

i didnt read after the first page but man u sound screwed. u said the guy was going to slow for u in a 60 zone, so u did double the limit lol and got caught, and on ridge road? LOL thats so dumb im sorry, im not saying i havnt made stupid mistakes i have a few lage speeding tickets to but i sucked it up, i pay out my *** for insurance and work like hell to do it. also ur scared of ur parents, my parents got a cop at there door delivering a summons for court for their son, and i got a lovely call at work from them lol, but surprisinly they supported me and paid for points to fight the ticket, which i shouldnt have paid because he got it down to 3 points instead of 4 which was gay and i could have done that myself by just attending the court

I got the court date in the mail last week July 18/04 my mothers birthday hopefully ill have some lucky... LOL

I was reading beating the radar rap... and had a couple question, dont you think if you started asking all those question that the judge would be pissed off seen a "little punk" questioning a cops ability to use a radar gun. Have people actually done this and if so how successful where they? If so ill have to practise now for my date with fait July 18

How old are u?.........dress appropriately, talk professionally, make a stance be firm, not cocky and prove ur points with confidence no mmm's ahhhh's or anything.

What are u there for?.....to win, so go in there and win. Overcomming indimadation is half the battle in the court room.
Just hold ur ground in a non cocky, firm manner.

If i could i'd throw u some of my law books. on court room ediquette and proper objection methods etc. . .

I've helped a lot of my friends a couple of times and defended myself too.
Some of u have seen what i look like on this board, and know that i'm not that much of a indimadting person and i look like a little kid.

HAHAHA the first time i walked into a court room i went in there to party. . . LOL i was all decked out in a suit, briefcase and HTA books etc. . . if u have ur arguments organized and having one thing leading to another proving ontop of proving u'll be set. incorporating HTA sentences into ur arguments makes u look like u know what ur saying and that ur confident and competent enough.
