Peel cops are faggots
#61
I get pulled over at night all the time, not day time... lol night time when you can see my signals flashing without any doubt. So if they're spot checking for drinking and driving me having a civic makes me a suspect for drinking and driving? how come I can drive around in my moms benz and never get pulled over once? i guess ppl that have benzes don't drink and drive..?? lol you just admitted to the cops profiling

They probably do profile...never did i say they didn't.....u have a couple of kids that make a bad image on the force...and that story gets passed around, the cops are gonna be pulling you over a lot...........
All cops profile....not matter where you go.....and the manner in which they profile depends on where u are.........it'z a known fact that a lot of kids street race in the Peel area......and a lot of those kids drive civics.........so why not pull them over and check them out for illegal things...if they are invovled in one illegal activity...chances are, they are involved in many more....
Now i don't agree with profiling......and it does suck.......but hey....it'z life......what are u gonna do?
All it takes is one person to make a bad image in a group of ppl.
I think Peel does a good job at what they do, but no matter where u go....ur gonna get profiling. It'z the biggest raised issue in law enforcement today, and it's been and being investagated

lol someone has to do something, IMO it's just as bad a racial profiling... and that's why i'm not a fan... i'm sure as far as safety and apprehending criminals peels great, but as far as pulling ppl over for no reason to increase the safety of our community because I have a civic... i could do more damage in a supercharged benz than i could in a little 127 hp civic that weighs as much a bruno's left leg (cuz he's a buff buff man! ) lol civcs are always touted as being 'dangerously fast' haha they can be dangerously fast... but are most of the civics out there really that fast? maybe if the cops knew what they were talking about they'd know what to look for, and plus the people that have the most expensive done up cars spend 20g+ on their ride are usually the ones that will drive the smartest and safest, they don't wanna wreck it cuz they know insurance aint gonna pay for ****... lol so really PACER should tell ppl to mod their cars up the *** hahah cuz esp the punk kids don't wanna lose every penny they've ever made working a wendy's by being stupid and wrecking their car... the stupidest drivers i know are kids with their parents SUVs not kids that own their own cars...

Oh, a logical positivist. Your supposition is based upon a false premise. Alex's comment is a strong reaction to an unethical action. The side with the unethical action has power to enforce such action. The comment is only a reaction to that unethical action, and, as such, has no power over the purveyor of the unethical action. A little unbalanced.

I'm all for balance, how about everytime a cop stops you, you get to fill out a service commentary like you do in the restaurant.
1)How fairly were you treated by the police officer?
2)Did the officer use any remarks or comments that were in appropriate?
3)How well trained was the officer?
4)Did the officer appear to be good judge or morale character?
5)Did the officer handle this manner in an appropriate and professional way?
I had a new idea for peel cops so they wouldn't have such a reputation for being such *******.
How about they go around and do good deeds instead of predicating on society?
The next time you get stopped by a cop, you should ask:
Hey mr. policeman, how many good deeds have you done today?
then police officers should be paid upon the number of positive comment cards they get and the number of good deeds they do.

LOL....ppl who get pulled over and get issued tickets are generally pissed off ppl, and would respond negitively to the survey......lol that idea wouldn't work too well.....
I'm sure cops do a lot of good deeds in their day....it just goes unrecognizeable to the public. or only the ppl the good deed has been passed upon recognizes it.
The Survey idea is pretty good though...if it would work.....and ppl would be honest and not pissed off and bitter
Most ppl hate police officers already......automatic bias

see i don't think that makes me a hypocrite, simply because what I say doesn't affect their actions towards me... i can call them the best people in the world, or the worst people in the world, and they'll still have the same opinion of me as a street racer either way. Sure i'm generalizing, but i also noticed you're not saying anything about the people that posted up that peel cops are great people... that's also generalizing, so why is it that you're focusing on my negative comments?

Remember, not ALL cops think we are street racers.

Try not to focus on the angry reaction of an honest citizen, focus on the systemic problem, enforced by law.
Alex's 'problem' (and most people who are passionate about their cars have it from time to time) is episodic. The police's 'problem' is systemic.
Big difference...

one way to look at police is that they really aren't needed... cause if there is no laws then nothing is illegal... vigilante justice works much better and of course is free...
for example... if you look at all petty theft... would it happen if the criminal knew the shop keep or person he was stealing from had a gun? probably not...
