Pc Kennedy In Durham
 

PC KENNEDY pulled me over 2 months ago for 115 in 60. Gave me careless driving. I hired a lawer, and got the ticket dropped to speeding 109 in 60. However, the lawer told me he lied in court, changed the intire story and said I was doing 140 in 60...

He also mentioned that I ran "stop-signs". There was not ONE stop-sigh from the single point he followed me.

DURHAM POLICE REALLY piss me off man . DURHAM region cops are making **** up, and lieing in court. This is seriously WRONG.

All these cops are crooked and shady.

And I feel so ******* helpless. Durham Region is over-controled by powertrip PIGS that have no ******* idea to what they are doing.

I want this brought to justice. What can I do???

Buy a video camera and set it up in your car. Every time you go for a drive, turn it on. If a cop pulls you over, let it keep recording. keep the camera in plain site, that way you can use it to your advantage if he/she tries to lie in court. As long as he/she see's the camera,....(as long as the other person knows that they are being recorded and they don't object,)..... it can be used in court.

You can also get a little spy camera that is mounted on the dash, that way you can turn it around to record your driving, and also turn it to face the window that the cop will come to.

Same applies to taped phone conversations. Ever call the bank info line?......remember what it says? "This call may be monitered for quallity assurance". They do this so they can't be sued later for using your voice without your permission. Kind of like a negative buy. If you don't like it, you just tell them so.

You may not like DA man but you have to play the game! It's the price of drivin in Durham, I never get stopped cause I've learnt NOT to mess with those nazi dudes, I do all my driving in York region.

Let me expand on my earlier reply to 1sicsol

When the cops do thier jobs (even with zeal) all it takes is a couple of dorks like 1sicsol to spoil it for the rest of us!

Now if a copper treats you like zebra cum and writes his/her monthly quota on the hood of your ride, you say...self....cops are assholes!

Well if we paint all federallies with the same brush, don't you think they do the same with us????

I don't enjoy getting tagged like the next guy but I still show respect for DA man, cause he has me over a barrel and I can piss him off and get cornholed, or I can take the one speeding ticket and split!

Hmmmmm I dont know about the brain surgeons out there but I need my ride to get to work and see my woman:yummy:

So for the few royal arses that are out there, killin my racing time and bringing on the heat, maybe they should suck on exhaust fumes or some nitrous (their choice):D

Just to finish...I hope they hunt 1sicsol's ass down and write him a mit fulla tags, he probably deserves them cause he's a damned fool!
