so the users above (and me) would eventually be tracked down and would eventually have to pay it right?

for the ppl that have gotten these tickets and never paid, did anything happen so-far?

haha Bottom Line, You want ur marks or not?....

it's private property they can do w/e they want within the laws

for christ sakes it's $15 man. . pick ur battles wisely is what i always say.

Is it gonna be worth it for u in the end to dispute something as stupid as a $15 ticket? i really don't think so, if u go back to school if u live far away to dispute a ticket like this when u don't have class, haven't u just pretty much wasted $15 there . . cause u know u'll end up going to buy some food somewhere etc. . yadadada, are u on dial up, pay by the hour......most ppl aren't but i'm just trying to show u something, if u were on dialup didn't u just spend some money posting this and wasting some online time. .

anyway, to tell u the truth, i wouldn't pay it either.....PAHAHAHA

but again that's just me, and i don't pick my battles wisely. . lol

K heres my take on it. keep in mind im a license by-law officer If you registered those plates and car with the college/university they can with hold your marks. If you didn't toss it out. If you did register it check the signs they must have by-law numbers on it 1996-02 i believe. if they dont take a picture of it and waste an entire day to go to court to fight a 15$ ticket that you really deserved in the first place. Don't count on the by-law guy not showing up because remember he gets paid to go....you dont....in conclusion...you were wrong....you knew the rules...your broke them so cough up the 15$

my question is though, can the campus use a collections agency to recover the cost of the fines?

what if the car is a friends and had nothing to do with it?

if its just a campus ticket then they could with hold your marks/diploma but not a collection agancy. If its a toronto parking authority ticket then it will be held against the registered owners license

if its your friends car and your fault.....pay the ticket

hahahaha...the proof you parked there is the ticket, the information on it, and the officers notes. traffic tickets are reverse onus. just pay the 15$. or scan the ticket and post it and ill tell you if its legit or not
