Post Parking Ticket-HELP

I've never gotten a parking ticket before so I need your help. There are 2 boxes at the bottom of the ticket, one says (last one) receipt, and the other says amount paid. now they are both empty. there is however a part on the ticket right next to the box which says why i got the ticket that says $30 . my question is, is this an actual ticket or just a warning?

if it says toronto parking authority on it.....PAY IT.....if it doesnt just toss it away as they have no way of collecting. but if you dont pay the toronto parking authority ones it counts against your license and keeps going up and they wont let you renew your license.

Toronto Parking Authority = the MAFIA I am sure of it.

FYI, if you are self employed or driving for a company you may be able to write off the ticket against your taxes.

That's what I do, I never end up paying for my tickets in the end.

yea man, I noticed a lot of people take parking tickets off other cars and put it on thier own hopeing that parking authorities would think they already got a ticket.

Anyways thanks guys for your help, yea I'll probably go and pay it off if its not a warning.
