Parking Enforcement Officers

I have a house in Oakville in a newer development and my fuggin neighbours always call the parking enforcement on my car cuz I park it on the street when I go over there for a few hours. Oakville has a 3 hour enforced parking by-law (and I know this)...So when I go over to that house I park my car right out my window where I can see it perfectly from my computer desk. Lastnight who do I see pull up to my car? a fuggin white parking enforcement Neon...I set my alarm off and he goes away, I go outside and move my car 10ft (now I have another 3 hours to park)...So I go back upstairs to my room and not even 10min later I see the same dickwad back at my car is his stupid Neon...Alarm goes off again. I go outside and ask him if he has a problem with my car and he is like "yea I do, its on the street" well, I'm like "well its 3 hour parking by-law, I just moved my car so I got 3hours to leave it on the street" and then he tells me that he is gonna wait 3 hours infront of my house so he can ticket it...I fuggin told him the hell off and he continues to tell me that he can give me tickets for other things and I asked him what and this is what he said to me "I dont have to tell you" okay there buddy, thats cuz there aint nothin u can get me on cuz ur a parking enforcment officer...I told that fugger off for a good 10min and then finally he gives up and says he's gonna go wait in the park parking lot at the end of the street until 4:04am (3hours from when he was at my house)...I told him I'd bring him some coffee if he likes...fuggin idiot!!

Oakville is a town of no-good stuck up richer white folk that have nothin better to do than bother themselves with calling parking enforcement on our cars...just cuz we are young (I'm the oldest in the house and I'm 22) and have 4 cars for the entire house of 3 people...we keep our yard clean and mowed etc. But just cuz we have **** at a young age people have the need to try and break us down...out of all the cars on the parking "**** list" its only my car that gets targeted almost daily or any nice car parked infront of our house

anyways...that was my rant about those fuggers that have nothin better to do that try and ticket my car...next time he is gonna get

I Agree by law officers are the worst ppl to deal with by far...

first off they try to be sneaky. . lol and ticket ur car without u seeing......they write the ticket soo fast....cause if u come down to like toronto side or anything. . .my brother in law use to knock by law officers out...soo many of them are soo affriad....and then some of them think they have somethign to prove.....i friggin hate them, but i don't think we should blame the by law officers themselves...it's more the community that calls on them. . like where i live......we got rd. watch...cause some retard kids use to speed around our subdivision...so the community got fed up, and asked for regular patrols by by law officers...which really sucks. . .

man cynikal, i woulda just told the by law punk to sit and wait there if he wanted...and hope he had fun doing nothing. . .i'd start eating in front of him...having a bbq in my garage...just to **** him off . . or something . . lol

the only parking ticket i got.....was horrible. . my brother in law was over once. . and he took my spot on the driveway so i quickly ran in to get his keys and my keys...i accidently parked on teh side walk. . .by law officers rolls on by. . .and i'm trying to find my brother in laws keys. . .all i hear IS **** YOU U ****IN BLAH BLAH BLAH. . .and my brother in law screams my name and tells me to run outside something about my car . . .So i'm freaked . . thinking someone is stealing my car or something....haha so i book it outside...to see what....a by law officers SPEED OFF....like take off.....soo fast down the street...hahaha stupid *** was soo scared u could see it in his writing on the ticket...and the mistakes he made......hahaha got off on that one. . lol

I told the guy he could wait out by my car and I would watch him from the window...and he said he was gonna...and then he said he was gonna wait in the parkin lot but he was nowhere to be seen when I left about an hour later from the house....See, this guy thinks he's sneaky by walkin around chalking my tires but I can see him every time from the window so I go out like 10min after he chalks and wipe it off...its the same guy everytime...2 weeks ago me and my next door neighbour had a chat with him for like an hour and told him the deal and then he still thinks he's bod mon and can ticket me...nope, not me...move on!

u would think the guy would turn off the headlights when he "creeps" up on a car to ticket it...can see this buster miles away!

I was thinkin more along the lines of a full out paintball assault from the roof on his *** the next time he rolls around...stake out on the roof and wait for him to come by again and let all paintball hell break loose on him! hahahahahaha

Ahh, I see the difference. No, wait, I don't see it at all.

Let me post the standard reply to anyone talking about a ticket:

It's your own fault, you parked your car in a place where you aren't allowed to park it. The law is pretty clear on parking laws. The meter maid was just doing his job. You should just pay the ticket because you were in the wrong.

Did I get that right?

no, u didnt get it right at all...3 hour parking...I had 3 hours to park...he came back 2 times in 10min tryin to write me a ticket...so u sir are way off...therefore I have all reasons in the world to say what I have...not to mention the fact that he saw me move my car and still came back to try and ticket it...doing a job? no being an *******, yes

and I didnt get a ticket cuz he had nothing to get me on cuz I was legally parked, proper side of the road 3hour limit, wheels havent been chalked

1 for me 0 for you and the meter maid

So you move your car 10ft and erase the chalk and that makes parking there legal? No it sounds like you were skirting the law and got pissed because the meter maid sees through it. Then you whined about it.

I'll keep the 0 cuz I don't want anything from you but how do you figure you win on this? From what you've said have to check on your car every 10 minutes. At least the meter maid is making money harrassing you. You're being paranoid for free so until you're making 20 bucks an hour fighting the meter maid, I'm afraid the score is Cynikal 0, meter maid 1.

Technically Cynical is in the clear..

If dude wants to be a ***** I suggest a blast upto 40 KM around the block and then park..

Parking Laws on roads make money..

Taxpayers make roads..

I dont have to check my car as it is in plain sight...I can see if a bird ****s on it...so am I bending the law, or should I say by-law...yea sure I am but what I do is legal and fair...and there is nothing he can do about it...he can come around as often as he likes, there is just one thing he needs to know...he is never gonna get my car for a parkin ticket...I wave to him from my window I bet he loves that

Some municipalities have no overnight parking laws so if the law in Oakville is that you can't park on the street for more than 3 hours over night, then that's just the law.

You may be able to purchase some type of overnight parking permit though, but you gotta pay for those... just another damn form of tax!

Good on ya, CyniKal!! I'd be moving my car back and forth too if that were the case!!

Naa man it's still CyniKal.Mindset 1 Meter Maid 0.

That metermaid has just being a dick. Trying to ticket you when your well within the 3hr limit. What a dumbass.

You moved your car up ten feet. Nice. That would give you another 3hrs since your not parked where you were before. hehehe

You should've made a quick trip to Tim's and brought him back a med. double double and some tim bits. hehehehe

What else you should do is make a potatoe gun and practise lanuching potatoes from the backyard to the general area where buddy parks his/her car.

Oakvillians dont like cars on the street, they think it looks trashy...and the longest parkin you can get on the street is 6hours overnight and u gotta petition that through the whole neighbourhood and like 90% have to agree to that...and u can get a parkin pass for like a week to park on the street (its free) but one car can only get it a couple times a year or whatever. havent seen that guy back for a couple days now...perhaps he learned his lesson
