Racing an Animal: $90

Dammit, does that mean that you have to let dogs catch your car when they chase it?

Talking

Does that mean that we have to let the Amish win.

Just because of their horses?

Your tires can't stick out past your fenders. The main reason is to reduce water spray being kicked up. Another good reason is to keep stomes and crap from being kicked up and into the windows of other traffic around you.

Neither reason is nuts. It's called having to safely coexist with the other traffic around you.

Mudguards

(3) Every motor vehicle and every trailer shall be equipped with mudguards or fenders or other device adequate to reduce effectively the wheel spray or splash of water from the roadway to the rear thereof, unless adequate protection is afforded by the body of the motor vehicle or trailer or by a trailer drawn by the motor vehicle. R.S.O. 1990, c. H.8, s. 66 (3).

WOW! Did someone get bored and say hey, lets be very **** and fine people for almost anything. A few of my favorites: No sleigh bells, television in front seat, changing gears crossing railway, and ride 2 on a bicycle.

Got pulled over at Keele/Hwy 7 Saturday night on October '06 around 12:30 am by an white unmark cop car. Gave me a ticket worth $110 for improper muffler. The cop said take it to the court with showing that I replace it back OEM muffler. Went to the Vaughan office to get a court date and the lady said that I will be receiving my court date around February '07 and STILL WAITING FOR MY COURT DATE FROM THE MAIL. What you guys think happen here???

I was wondering, does any of these fines involve demerit points? Like would 134(1) give you 3 points?

What is the difference (moving violations)?

In here, it says 134(1) will cost you 3 demerit points. So I was wondering which rule to go by.
