ok i wanna clear some stuff up.. I am not sueing her or going to retaliate against her in anyway simply because she just didnt say sorry. I said I wouldnt be nearly as mad as I was if she would have just said sorry. Yes her insurance company took full responsibility for the damage to my car. That is being tkaen care of. What is in the middle of being taken care of if the injuries to my back. Just because I was able to walk over to her car to make sure she was ok does NOT mean i was.. Ill admit when it first happened I was in complete shock... I couldnt beleive it... Kept looking over at my car and wanting to kill someone... My arm could have been cut off at that point and i probably wouldnt have noticed <--that was a joke... honestly it didnt really start hurting until about an hour later when I was at my house... Everytime i'd sit down for example for more then a minute i would be getting sharp pains pulsating... its even worse in the mornings.. i assume from lyeing down all night.. for example the smorning its unbeleievably stiff turning my head too far right or too far to the left... Im not sueing her because im mad at her... and im not even sueing her.... im going after her insurance company too take responsibility for my injuires... the time im missing from school right now is killing me as well... exams are gonna be ruff lets just say that... im gonna go into school on tuesday and see how things go.... kinda hard to think clear minded on pain killers (im not complaining lol)

anyways i hope that clear'd some stuff up.. But again im not going after her because im mad at her at all.. my car is being fixed thats fine. Im dealing with her insurance about my injuries as of now..

I feel he has all the right to sue, if he subtained injuries in which doctors tell him he will have to goto physio, then this is not a short term injury... my dad was in an accident when he was younger and still has to take pain killers sometimes and goto physio even being 30 years later...

He gets the money for the car, plus he should get money for injuries which occured... but injury is injury... you will feel it now, you will feel it 30 years down the road, shouldnt he have the write to sue?... Isnt it that every person has the right to freedom? what happens if freedom, is waking up everyday in pain and having to pop some pills. shouldnt he be comp'd for the actions of others in which caused this...

my 2 cents

Umm.. dude, your car looks fine. And I highly doubt you are going to get a second headlight, or even persuing to sue the insurance company or the lady. Your car looks great comparing to my SUV at 55km/hr.

I've been in 2 rear enders and I know exactly what you mean elistan. The first one in was one in which we were rear ended by a guy doing 70km/hr while we were at a dead stop. After getting my bearings, I got up and walked around, like I was fine. The pain from the accident didn't come till the day after which I think is because the shock from the crash numbed any pain temporarily.

I think you are within your rights to sue. I'm don't think I would take legal course of action but then again, I wasn't there.

Hope you and your car are better quickly.

-----------------------

anyways yea SilverSleeper it was wierd i didnt think i was hurt at all really... like ive been in worse accidents and never got hurt like this.. anyways you wouldnt beleive the car they just gave me

they just gave me this for like a month well my car is getting fixed... this is the exact same one... its a silver 4 door... looks identical to the one in the below picture... im in heaven... i think we're gonna throw my buddies 20" chromies on tonight... i hope they wont look to small...

and just an update... as of now i am not sueing or apart of any lawsuit.. we are still dealing with the insurance company about my injuries.. There is a seperate adjuster that deals with injuries and another one that deals with the car.. If they settle with me with something thats not peanuts i may take it.. if not i will take them to court though... you know what for everyone that thinks im just trying to weazil money.. i would rather have no pain and my car back to normal ANY DAY... i wish this never happened.. i would rather no money at all if they could some how go back in time and save me and my car... anyways im gonna go for a drive in the new rental...

i dunno if you were serious with that question but if you were NO... theres no way in hell i would try and lift that rim and hurt myself more.. im hoping this pain goes away... im not just trying to weezil money.. if the pain starts going away and ends up being pretty temporary then im not going to go after them for money or but i will still make them pay for the physiotherapy... im hoping it does go away... but yea haven really driven it much and havent tryed putting the rims on it... personally i think they would look to small on it... and im not even sure they would fit.. there his 20 inch chromies he got for his SVT Cobra Mustang... i dont know if they'd fit or not... if someone knows just post and let me know... anyways im just praying the frames not bent AT ALL... i really dont think it is... but i want to make sure it isnt before they go fix all this... im going to goto the honda dealership or some dealership and ask them where a place is that i would be able to take the car for them to check the frame... Im told them put it up on some machine and its all computerized to check if its straight or not... anyone know of a place that does this??

hehe, ur a funny guy...i can name brand name parts that everyone wants too you know....ooohh,,, my civic SIR (which is mine) has a veilside kit, and a TURBO charger off a semi!!!....1988 is the same year of celica that i bought for 400 bux with a friend and we drove it until it died at the ford drive hill.....so thats why i mentioned it, cuz u drive a POS that ur proud of for some reason...oh, and btw, since ur feeling "cool" lets see maybe a pic or 2 of this celica of urs...with that much invested in it you must be proud of yourself and have some pics on your computer right? Maybe a dyno slip too man, cuz u must have gotten it tuned with that massive turbo correct? ah come on man, i just wanna see the numbers....

now i am done....resume normal thread talks now

dont want to start anything with you fug, just didnt like how you said those random things out of nowhere.

Personally, i dont think celicas are POS cars..2000+ is pretty slow stock...

I might be selling this because you can barely park it anywhere without being afraid of it getting ****ed around with or keyed up.

Looking into a 90-93 alltrac, pretty quick cars, 200hp four wheel drive. Might be a good project car, anyways Pm if you want

Sorry for hijacking your thread elistian! keep us updated with the car
hehe, and to respond to that, i was in a grumpy mood that day....notice a few of my other posts where i was getting pissed off...lol....and it doesnt matter really what u drive, i was just trying to defend elistian a bit when it sounded like u were kinda being an *** saying that he really isn't hurt cuz he wants to put rims on a rental car.....misunderstanding...

(lol..j/k about that kissing smiley)..haha

UPDATE June 20th 2005

well this sucks.... im in a huge war with the insurance now because they came and they're trying all this **** not to cover anything because its modified.. and if they do right it off its only gonna be for like $5000 book value if that... all this shlt cause a fu(ken old lady decided to hit me... i dunno my car is at the bodyshop now cause the insurance wants them to take off the fender and take it all apart to see what its like.. i dont get it first they're saying they arent covering anything then they want to see what its like first... then after the whole argument they said if by chance they do end up fixing it, as soon as its fixed there dropping me from there policy... im so stressed out right now... i dont even know what todo anymore... its like $5800 a year right now for insurance anyway... and thats when they thought it was stock... even if someone does insure it its gonnna be like $9000 a year... the only good news so far is that the frame isnt bent... i really dont know what todo anymore.. i may end up just fixing it and selling it... which i really really really dont want todo... i wanna boost it... grrrr now im just rambling on... fu(k it im gone to smoke a phatty...

elistian, the government and insurance companies are in bed together.

Dalton McGuinty needs his retirement fund properly established. Don't be so selfish and think you should get a realistic rate for insurance.

Giving you stock value I agree with unless you told them of the changes... everything else.. insurance will try and screw you in everyway.

I was in an accident a few years back and the adjustor asked me if I was drinking.. I asked her if the police report mentioned it and if it didn't, I obviously wasn't... she was asking me tons of questions to find an excuse to drop me... I related everything to the police report.

You might benefit by talking to a lawyer or someone with good experience dealing with insurance companies. They are not your friend. The police deemed the woman at fault, feel free to ask them to refer back to the police report for anything they want to know if they start asking you weird questions.

If you say "I was going 55km/hour" to them and the cop wrote that you said "60km/hour"... they will bug you.. say you are inconsistent and lying...
