She is 72, I would just let it go. But do take what belongs to you, as a victim from car accident - fully fixed and visit doctors for examination.

Let the old lady have some peaceful remaining years before God takes her away.

Honestly I wouldnt be nearly as mad if she just would have said a simple im sorry... She didnt give a flying fu(k... First thing i did was make sure she was ok and she starting blaming me right away... All i wanted was her to say something like even i dunno "oh im so sorry about your car" or something like that and i wouldnt be nearly as mad... Im not taking anything from her that I dont deserve.. She smashed the crap out of my pride and joy and now im in constant pain so yes I am sueing... Dont get me wrong I know where your coming from I really do but you have to hear me out. This lady had absolutly no respect for me as much as I tried to gain her respect by making sure her and her grand daughter were ok, she did nothing but swear and curse at me so thats when I snapped... For fuc(k sakes she was getting in a fight with the girl hailie that was with me.. This lady had no repspect for anyone but herself.. Even disrespecting all the witness's and cursing because they wouldnt take her side.. Sorry if it seems like im angry or yelling cause im not, im just frustrated with all the stuff thats been going on... but i really do respect the support from the boards... seriously...

Oh by the way I put together a quick page on my server for my friends and family that do not go on these boards so i do not have to explain over and over what happened.. they can just go read.. i added a few things.. anyway thanks again for the support and ill get some more pics up soon....

http://www.elistiansserver.com/delsolcrashed/

Oh one last question... My driver side headlight ended up getting smashed.. Im woundering can you order seperate headlights or do you order both as a pair?? because i dont want them ordering just the driver side one because i have a feeling theres gonna be a big color difference between a brand new delsol headlight and a old used one... so i hope they order both... cause ill really really complain it will look ugly as hell lol...

yea u can always get them to pay for another set of lights if ur unhappy and it clearly shows a difference between the two
sorry to see ur sol like that, i was thinkin abt it when u had it up for sale....

not tryin to be an *** here, i can inderstand the frustration, but ive been in a similar accident in a rental civic and was spun around 3 times, and i never had any pain even after a week.

maybe the pictures dont show the severity of the accident.

again, sorry this had to happen

i know what you mean man... When my old civic was in the paint shop I had a rental car that was a sunfire.. Anyway long story short some guy with a huge pickup truck smashed me hard and wrote off the sunfire... I wasnt hurt then at all just my chest from the seat belt.. But for some reason this time man I dont know my neck is even killing me... if i turn it to far to the left or the right.. its like everything extremely tight... I dunno i also got a prescription for some sort of anti inflammatory that he said should help out with eveything being so tence but i dunno... hopefully a little bit of the physiotherapy i have to goto helps out... ive never been so i dont know what they do there... but everything usally works out in the end... its wierd though ive been in alot worse accidents and i got hurt the worst in this one... i think its cause i literally had my neck instantly swung and twisted to the left hitting the piller with my head... i cant explain it but it pretty much whipped my head side ways... didnt even hurt at first though its like i was in shock... but a couple hours later buddy oh my did i feel sore... actually the next morning was worse... anyway man thanks for the concern... its 4:00am and ive had a long day dealing with all the police and doctors and crap so im gone to bed...

later man

that's really weird cuz I saw a delsol so damn close to yours and I KNOW 100% it had an intercooler and no front grill.

what exactly are you suing for? you already said insurance agreed to pay for everything..

the point of the law is to set you in the same place as you were before an event happened.. not to make your car better and justify you being a drama queen

I believe in respecting the elderly.

but i also believe in spitting on the grave of your enemies.

her attitude would show that she is not your friend. you go to her with open arms and she cusses you....

****ty about your car man.

Tyler, I know you are mad and all, but you are going to sue the woman because she did not apologize in the first place like what you did?

The fact you were able to get out of the car and walked over to see if she was ok proved that your physical condition was not jeopardized as a result of this accident. Sure pain will come afterwards which is normal - i.e. whiplash, but I would think it is going to be hard to sue if your mental well being is suffered. Things like "unable to drive due to fear of on coming left turning vehicles" and whatnot.

I have been victimized from accidents before and I know how you feel. I have met people who acted like what this old lady did to you and also, people who were calmly about the matter. But it is human nature (in most cases) to try to deny the fault and see if they can get away with it, even if they apologize and asking of your well being at the scene of accident. But later, they started to deny what they did and wish to call this even meaning, you fix your own car, and he will take care of his, even though he was at fault.

And yes, I have met that kind of people as well.

Bottom line, I am just trying to rationalize the situation for you. Not telling you what to do, just to share some thoughts and past experiences.

your talking about steve sauder... i think thats how you spell his name... his delsol looks extremly similar... blue... white interior... and its boosted... he lives in pickering... funny thing is he drove by us right after it happened...
