car colour doesn't affect your insurance, i think if anything they might be more popular to be stolen but i don't think it affects your insurance...

this is a fallacy. there are some companys out there that do have higher rates for reds and yellows. But just because one company does this doesnt mean they all do. 90% of the insurance companys dont care...
