please give me some names that accept NEW driver or u can all it high risk driver ..

Kingsway is good too...my insurance is 1/4 what State Farm wanted...and trust me my record is TERRIBLE.

If you are a gruaduate of any post secondary university then Meloche all the way.

If not, I hear that Kinetix or RBC are not bad either.
