Need Major Help @ Disputing A Charge

My dad got into an accident last year in April... that was his 2nd at fault and now insurance are skyrocket. Is there a way to fight to disputing the 2nd charge because this is what happened

My dad was stopping at a stop sign, other party signalled into the side street, she steered towards to street slightly which made it appear she was actually going in but than she changes her mind and makes a quick left thus crashing into my dad. My dad slightly move forward while she was supposedly making the turn, so that means driver side damage. I just talked to the claims adjuster department and they said whoever makes a left turn is the one at fault.

Total bs why don't we just now signal to enter a street, make a slight turn, than crash into the other car and have a new front end for the cost of deductable.

Is there anyway out of this? $ is not a problem because if this charge gets dropped, insurance will be muuuuch cheaper.

you can fight the charges, however insurance co's use "fault determination ruels" it doesnt matter if he was charged or not..they can still hold him at fault.

How bout suing the other party for something, loophole gotta be somewhere to make it even.

Can it be considered careless driving, signaling and not intending to do intentions , or what about speeding, something?

Thanks

you can try to go to small claims court..but as for insurance..nothing you can do!! the Police use the highway traffic act..and insurance co's go by the fault determination rules...

Goto small claims court and do what lol?

Will you get pulled over for signalling left and right while staying in one lane... if so, what will you be charged with? How do you know if it was speeding... will it be determined... because this happened like last year in April.
