Need Input
A gurl and I were driving on along "a street". She wanted to make right-turn, but neglected to see an on-coming car, so to prevent an accident, she jumped the curb and damaged a pole.
facts of the scene:
- it was dark
- no one near the incident - ppl started approaching and I told them its all good and the walked away
- no one was close enuff to see the license plate
- no cars nearby - atleast not close enuff to see our plate
Should she be worried for ANY reason?
I told her that "This incident NEVER happened"

I guess it all depends on the condition of the pole. If its something major like a street light and it might fall, then you could have a problem, if its like a wooden pole for street signs, then your all good.

Failure to remain and failure to report if there was any damage to public or private property, including the pole.
And I'll bet she was impaired, right? Number one reason to flee the scene.
