Need Help A.S.A.P
Well here is the short and lowdown of my problem.
About 8 months ago I was on my way home from the bar I had 2 beers over a span of 3 hours after work I had my last beer about an hour and a half before I left the bar. On the way home I get pulled over about a block from my appartment for a "spot check" the officer asked me if I had anything to drink and I told him I had 2 beers. He asks for my Licence and registration so I give it to him and he goes back to his cruiser. At the time I only had my G2 so he gave me a ticket for violation of novice driver conditions. However he told me to fight it. Here's the part that really sucks. I went down to the courthouse to get my court date and they told me that it would be at least 3 months till I get my court date. So 3 months later I call and ask why it's taking so long to get my date and they tell it's just that they are really backed up. another month goes by and I phone again and they tell me the same thing. I keep on calling and they keep telling me the same thing. A couple days ago I get some mail from court and I'm thinking good my date finally came turns out its a notice of conviction cause I missed my court date that I was never informed of. It also told me that my licence will be suspended for 30 days as of the 25th of March. What can I do ?? PLease HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!
