I got pulled over in toronto during a ride check. cops tells me to pull over. I done nothing wrong but I drive a honda. So the cop comes over takes my info and walks around the front of my car and says my headlights are very illegal. I have the one peice holo projector headlights. I ask why? And cop goes on with some BS. Now im home and I cant find nothing in the HTA states that you can not have projection headlights on your car. All that I can find is that it has to be white or amber. Can someone help me please!!!!!!!! And I thought a cop has to write HIGHWAY TRAFFIC ACT on the ticket not HTA is the true?

On your ticket will be the section of the HTA that you were charged with. Look that up.
Maybe look into what the Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations say about Headlamps while you are at it.

Then take a picture of your lights on, and go to court.
Should be thrown out. Oh yeah, you can be charged if your lights are retaining moisture.
