i got pulled over last week for a headlight out....i went downtown and set up a court date...i just realized now that on the ticket there is no time written on it....now does that mean the ticket should be dropped and if so what do i do, i already made a court date for it....is there a place to go other then the place where you set up your court dates(they only process tickets) to get this dismissed....or do i have to wait intill the court date and show them then?

no time, hmmm they may still allow it if its in the officers notes, but thats a close one since it is relevent.

I dunno man just take it to court and make sure the judge knows about the no time and good luck

Time might not be relevant in this case b/c headlight out could mean DRL out, which should be on even during the day.
