go to POINTTS

were u actually doing that speed?
was he hiding? did u see the cop and figured it was too late to slow down before he turned his cherries on?

did he say anything to you? or just wrote the ticket after taking all of your info?

double the speed limit, i believe you will have it suspended and its 6+ points i think?

Where is POINTTS???

I dont think I was going THAT Fast...maybe ~87 but definitely not 120

He pulled me over and said that he's pulling me over because I was doing 120 in a 60 zone.

It was late at night...I didnt SEE him at all...He just pulled up behind me and I saw his lights.

Is there ANY way i can get out of this???

Did he use a radar or some sort?
Or did he pace you?
Or he just ESTIMATED your speed?

Anyway, take it to a ticket fighter, if the cop didn't use a radar, they should able to win.

im guessing he paced me...i dont think he used a radar...like i said i was definitely not doing EXACTLY 120 not even close to it.......
Im guessing he estimated since he came up with a figure of EXACTLY 120kmh...come on...

yea im hoping the ex coppers can help...no more speeding for me...

i like to learn the hard way

dont go to X-copper, since he got u going a 127, might as well try to get it as reduced as muchas u can!

POINTTS have some really good representatives there, a friend got away with careless driving, and failing to remain at an accident scene!
might be a lil more expensive than X copper, but what u pay now will save u the higher insurance!

my $0.02

as for the number, i'll post it up tomorrow, im too tired to go to the car right now, sorry!

well, i do know that they have more connections in the courts, and i have heard nothing but excellent referrals from everybody i know!

im sure some one here can vouch with me on that!

the moment i went into xcopper myself, thet let me so down, they told me flat out in my face, that they will try there best not to get my lic. suspended, but i will definately have 4 or more points on my lic. it was a 100 in a 50 zone!
just walked out the door, cause he made me feel like ****, lol!
IMO, POINTTS have better everything than xcopper!

You were doing 100 in a 50 zone? What happened with that? Im guessing you didn't lose your licence, how many Points taken off...

IMO having and 4 points and keeping my license is ok with me...anything but suspension!!!

Did I mention Im still a G2

I went to X-copper, they didn't do anything, shaved off 1 point that's about it, totally not worth the money I paid.

Seemed lazy and only cared about their retainer...

Also they waive the don't pay if we lose thing for big tickets...

The other thing is the no pay if you lose is only if you totally lose....if they reduce a $500 ticket by $20 in some warpped way that is considered a victory and you have to pay up

Getting a reduction in the fine is easy....its the point the courts want to stick...
