My day in court for "unecessary noise"
i got pulled over and an officer gave me a ticket for 'unecessary noise' . he asked me if i had a cat and i said i did. he checked my car and confirmed it. in the end he promised to drop the ticket in court if i put on a silencer on my muffler.
so i arrive in court with all my evidence and muffler removed and explain the situation to the jp. i then talk to the officer and he proceeds to weasel his way out of the deal. he walks up and talks to jp and they seem to be in disagreement. all i can hear is the jp saying, ' i believe him..hes got the picture'. so in the end, the ticket was droped but seemingly with some resistance from the officer who issued the ticket. he seemed spineless to me

good win. my cuzin got a ticket for careless driving without causing and accident. becuz he almost missed his turn and the tires were squaking a bit (becuz he turned fairly hard) and the justice of peace women is like.. wtf she said get a disclosuer because my cuzin didnt cause and accident or anything. if the officer added bs the women said hire a lawyer
so in the end i bet the cop will get screwed

the justice system sucks.
get a good lawyer and you're usually goign to go free.
i was in court once. the court supeonaed witness didn't show off.. the judge same some stuff.. i just looked at her confused... she said 'you can go home now'
i took that as not guilty and went shopping instead of going back to work before lunch.
