My court date
I have a court date this Friday @ 10:30 AM @ the keele st courthouse.
It's a pretty heavy charge I was charged with last year in June of 2002.
I hired X-Copper to fight it for me. Hopefully they do a good job. I'll let you know how the results go...

Ok.. here are the details.... abridged format.. cuz bringing back these memories really kinda sucks
It was one year ago in June... I was late for work.. I was slowing down at a traffic light close to my house on Eglinton... and this pickup truck sped past me on the left lane and cut me off (as I was in the right lane) cuz he wanted to turn right.. anyways.. I swerved instead of locking my tires.. so I must have forgotten about braking cuz I didn't want to rear end the ************...
Anyways.. I ended up T-boning a Saturn and spinning around and ended up on oncoming traffic and stopped after hitting a BMW 325i.
Anyways.. as a result cuz they were not able to catch the pickup truck that cut me off.. the police had to issue a ticket... they issued me the ticket.
I fought it.. and I won. That's cuz not even King Kong has **** on me! It was the pickup truck's fault and witnesses at the bus stop saw the entire thing... so there wasn't evidence to convict me... I should find that cop and smack him up... I talked to the witnesses at the bus stop at the north east corner of that intersection.. and witnesses at the south west corner and they all saw the same thing so I wasn't guilty... I just have to go back to the courthouse now and get a document printed saying that I'm not at fault so I can present it to my insurance company to get my rates readjusted.
Anyways.. that was the first time I ever went to court.
and I won. woohoo.
If you guys are interested in seeing pictures of my car after the accident.. I'll post them up or bring them to the next meet.. you'll be wondering how I walked out of there with nothing but a bruise on my left leg from where my knee hit the steering column.
